Shop Policies

All earrings are handmade with close attention to detail. I spend a significant amount of time on each pair to ensure the utmost quality and durability. If your earrings break within 3 days of receiving your package, I will remake them for you, however return shipping will be your responsibility


Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days of processing time. This does NOT include shipping time. Depending on the shipping option you select, shipping can take an additional 3-7 days. During checkout you will have the option to choose $5 Flat Rate Tracked Shipping, (3-7 days), or any preferred shipping method. Orders over $50 ship for free (using Flat Rate shipping).

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your items.

I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I’ve dropped it off, or if a package is lost by the postal service, and I do not offer refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by the Postal Service, including (but not limited to) delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. I will not refund or replace these items, however a claim can be submitted if requested.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Details

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours of placement. Anything after this period I will not honor for any reason.

If you're unhappy with your item once it is received, please let me know ASAP so I can resolve any issue that was a mistake on my part.

Due to the nature of earrings, I will not accept returns unless the item is damaged. If you are returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You must notify me within 3 days of delivery in order to be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please note: All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies may occur. Examples of these imperfections may include tiny bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, or other small marks that do not affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of your earrings. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.

I cannot replace items if they break or are otherwise damaged while in your possession, or with regular use. I am not liable or responsible for replacing lost earrings that fall off and get lost during use. If you lose an earring, please contact me for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one.

Many styles of earrings may be fragile and delicate, and must be handled with care, which means that if you bend the parts, scratch the surface, or pull roughly on the components attached with jump rings, they will likely break. I will not replace items that have been damaged due to rough handling after they’re safely delivered to you.

Earrings undergo wear and tear naturally. It is the buyers responsibility to maintain their earrings. Once the 3 day window closes, I am not liable for any damages that the earrings experience. If you need to clean your earrings, please use rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip or baby wipes to do so. Earrings should be stored in a cool, dry location.

Custom Orders

I happily accept custom orders! However, all custom orders must be paid for upfront. I will make sure that you receive what your expectations hoped for and I allow up to 3 adjustments on custom earrings to make sure that you receive a pair of earrings that you absolutely love. Custom earrings can NOT be returned or exchanged. If something happens to your earrings within 3 days of receiving them I will remake the pair for you but buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. I am not liable for the processing time of USPS.
